4.0Vriendelijke ontvangst, ruime studio, eigen parkeerplek, niet al te warm (buiten 30 graden), alles aanwezig zoals koelkast, tv, etc..
− De hygiëne: klein vliegjes in de douch, onder de douchemat zat vuiligheid evenals onder het bed dikke stofpluizen, er was alleen een dik dekbed terwijl door de warmte een laken had volstaan, mooie ruimte met erg veel spullen / rommel.

9.0Personally I like a good night sleep and the bed was without question great to sleep in. Second, I need a shower and gain the shower did what I needed to do. Loved the extra water from the side. Did not use the kitchen much but all was there. Cup of coffee in the morning, Decent fridge/freezer. Honestly can't complain and happy to go there again when I need to go back to Belgium and be in that region. Oh before I forget. There is a bakery 2min walk and a Frituur. Pub is just around the corner and if you walk 10min to the station you have great ice cream and a peaceful setting to sit in.
− No negatives from me. But I am not there constantly as I was in and out most of the time. Everything I needed was available.
