7.0Staff at Sunshine Coast Getaways were very prompt in responding to problems.
− Some maintenance issues came up during our stay. Internet and heating both stopped working.
Pool closed without notice.
5.0Tennis and basketball facilities. Size of apartment. Consumables in kitchen. Gardens and facilities were well kept.
− The pool was closed at times we wanted to use it due to maintenance works. This spoiled our trip. Balcony and furniture were dirty and broken. Lounge and rug were dirty. The beach was dangerous for swimming. It is a private apartment, not a resort apartment which is not clear when booking.

8.0The apartment had Really nice furniture and aesthetic, with a well stocked kitchen. There are good facilities in the complex too. Walking distance to beach, walking track and local shops.
