− El ruido, al estar pegado a la carretera, y que no hay privacidad en las zonas comunes. Vendría bien algún tipo de biombo/planta en los porches

− La cortina se caía y hace falta mejorar el soporte , además de añadir una más fina para tener más privacidad pero sin quitar la iluminación natural

− La ducha sin nada de mampara, cortina o cualquier método que haga que no se ponga el baño a nado. El calentador de agua, cuando se enciende por la noche suena como un reactor y te despierta. Hay que desconectarlo por la noche.
