9.0Очень милая квартира, удобная кровать и подушки. На кухне есть все необходимое. Есть стиральная машина.
− На букинге отмечено, что есть завтраки, но как и на каких условиях не понятно. Если для вас это важно - уточните у хозяина перед бронированием. Каждое утро в 6:30 приезжает мусоровоз и гремит. Концептуально, это мелочь, но если хотите выспаться - учитывайте.

8.0Very good location. Spacious two-store apartment with a nice "Soviet retro" design
− It looks like they have serious water leak issues - there is a mold on one of the walls. Find the place might be tricky - the address the owner sends you is different from the one on Booking.com (technically it's the same building, so it's a kind of misleading). No any sign with the apartment name. Plus taxi driver could not find the address so be ready to navigate him yourself
