Fabulous homestay with friendly hosts
10.0The homestay was brilliant. We had a family cabin with two large beds, bathroom, deck with seating and hammocks set in a beautiful garden. The room was perfect for us and we loved the coconut shell fittings! We were very happy chilling in the hammocks or sat on the deck with a cold beer or water brought to us in a cold box so we could help ourselves. Savet could not have been more helpful. We all enjoyed cooking with him and his wife making three delicious dishes on the first night. The next day we went on a cycling tour with Savet around the village and learnt loads about village life and nature. Savet speaks perfect English! He gave us a lift into the city so we could explore by ourselves and have lunch. In the afternoon Savet had arranged for us to go by tuk tuk to the bamboo train and Phnom Sampov - killing cave and bat cave (millions of bats flying at dusk). An amazing experience. This homestay is a real treasure and our stay there was a highlight of our holiday.

10.0Vi havde to meget skønne nætter hos Savet og hans familie! Det må klart være den bedste måde at opleve området på: hos en familie, der deler ud af al deres viden om stedet, kulturen osv., og som arrangerer gode ture. Vi var på en god cykeltur i området med Savet, og hans rare nabo tog os med ud til Flagermusegrotten: også en dejlig oplevelse. Den første aften lavede vi mad sammen med Savet og hans kone Anna, og højdepunktet var at spise sammen med hele familien, heriblandt deres to søde drenge. Lige omkring homestayet bor mange af Savets familiemedlemmer, og det var skønt at møde dem alle. Vi anbefaler på det højeste et ophold her!

9.0Très accueillant et très sympa. Il a fait un magnifique tour à vélo avec nous dans les environs avec explication. Le soir, on a cuisiné le repas ensemble. C'était top. Nourriture frais du jardin. On récommend.
