10.0Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Perfetto per brevi soggiorni in una zona strategica di Parma. Molto ben collegato sia con il centro che con i paesi limitrofi. Molto silenzioso. Fantastico terrazzo. Parcheggio gratuito all'ingresso della struttura. Grande supermercato a pochi minuti (raggiungibile anche a piedi). Il Sig. Vincenzo è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

10.0Appartement superbe. Logement conforme aux photos. Propreté irréprochable, belle terrasse sans vis à vis, literie confortable. Centre ville à peine 30mn à pied mais pour les moins courageux, il y a le bus en face. Facilité pour se garer. Toujours de la place.
− Il y a des pinces à linge mais il manque juste un séchoir à linge.😁 Et pour le fer à repasser, il y'avait juste la boîte mais rien dedans. 😁 Rien de grave qui ne nous a pas empêché d'apprécier ce logement fabuleux..
