i want refund and compensation
1.0i went to the location and found that the hotel is no longer available in the named location. i tried to call with a local number, but someone else is answering the phone call but not the hotel person. kindly refund and compensate my fund.
− everything, why did my money deducted for a service i didn't get. why booking.com doesn't keep a update on the right property available? i was stuck and has to pay more for the last minute stay there. ruined my holiday.
