Newly reconstructed appartment with balcony on the first floor of the house. Perfect communication with the host, who sent us a map as there are no house numbers in the city. In the centre. Restaurants and shops near. Really fast internet connection.

− Parking was a little bit tricky as it was not clear where parking was legal and where not. But the host gave us recommendation and confirmed the place based on the photo we sent him.

A comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great central location.

Although the entrance and hallway leading to the apartment look quite worn and neglected, the apartment itself is excellent and conveniently located in the city centre. The owner has clearly put effort into making it comfortable and well-equipped. It has three air conditioners, the bed linen was clean, and having Netflix was a nice bonus. There is a parking lot just a short walk from the building where you can park for €5 per day.

− A few suggestions for improvement: * I would recommend informing guests after booking, or mentioning in the listing, that the apartment uses self check-in. We didn’t know this until the very last minute. * Repainting the walls white instead of pink would make the apartment feel brighter and more spacious. * There are quite a few signs with rules and prohibitions throughout the apartment. This doesn’t create the most welcoming atmosphere. I think it would be better to put all the information on a single sheet of paper on the table. * Access to the balcony is a bit impractical for taller guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at Downtown Deluxe Apartment! The space was even better than expected — the photos genuinely do not do it justice at all. It felt spacious, comfortable and really thoughtfully put together. The twin bedroom was lovely and would be perfect for families or groups travelling together. The bathroom and shower were great, and we especially loved the gorgeous coffee machine and the cute semi-outdoor seating area for relaxing. The TV setup with Netflix was such a bonus too — after long days exploring, we loved winding down with movies when we were tired. The location is fantastic, right in the centre with nearby free street parking, plus fruit stalls and bakeries close by which made everything so convenient. A genuinely wonderful stay and somewhere we’d happily return to — 10/10, we would stay again without hesitation. – India & Omer ✨
