L’hôte est exceptionnel : réactif , attentionné, très bonne communication L’appartement est très propre, assez spacieux pour une famille , nous avons apprécié l’accueil quelques courses déjà préparées , l’accès wifi très clair Il y a le minimum attendu pour un séjour (vaisselle, couverts, lave linge etc …) Le restaurant en bas de l’appartement permet de s’alimenter très correctement sans efforts L’emplacement du carrefour market et plusieurs restaurants à proximité Pour les enfants un espace extérieur type parc à deux minutes de l’appartement top pour passer des nuits sympas avec les enfants après le dîner Le service ménage et réparation au top également

− La salle de bain est un peu étroite notamment le bassin de douche et prévoir un budget pour les déplacements car on est à 25 minutes à pied de la plage (moins de 10 en voiture) - 15 minutes à pied du souk (5 minutes en voiture)

Excellent séjour, tout était parfait, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

L’accueil était chaleureux, le logement très propre et le quartier agréable. Les commerces à proximité sont un vrai plus. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les places de stationnement juste devant, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu’on séjourne dans une location. Rien à redire, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

The location was good as everything was within walking distance.

− Firstly, once we reached Agadir, the manager sent us to the wrong apartment and gave us the wrong location because he had double-booked us. Thankfully, with the help of someone at the apartments, we were given a new location and directions to a different apartment, which was in a good location. Despite this, moments after we entered, the electricity went out and I had to fix it myself. This problem continued throughout our stay at least twice a day. One time, the power went out at 4:00 AM, and when I called the manager, he actually asked me to go outside to the main electricity box to fix it using a fork and spoon! The only reason I was able to fix it safely is because I am an electrician myself, and I obviously did not use a fork and spoon. The manager was in America and was barely any help. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken from the beginning, the bathroom basin was blocked, and a cupboard in one of the bedrooms was broken. We were also promised cleaners as part of our package, but no one was available during our entire four-day stay. On the positive side, the water pressure for the shower was okay. When I booked, the manager knew the reservation was for six people, but the elevator could barely carry three people, and the lights would randomly turn on and off. To make matters worse, about 10 minutes before we checked out, the power in the entire apartment went out again, leaving the hallways pitch black. This was a major safety hazard for everyone, especially since we were on the third floor. Initially, I was happy with the booking because the manager replied quickly to my messages and reassured me the apartments were well-kept. Based on that and the good reviews, I trusted him. However, once we arrived, he barely replied and was no help at all, especially during the blackouts. Overall, our stay was quite disappointing, though at least we had AC in the lounge and one bedroom.
