Awful! Criminal to not mention the lack of a lift in the promotion!

− Three flights of stairs to climb on every entry. NOT MENTIONED IN THE LISTING!!!! We are 80 and 83 years old and no option to change.
Excellent location for a longer stay in London
10.0Excellent location close to major public transport links, and right by the high street with amazing restaurants. The flat itself is quiet and large enough for two. We got a late checkout which was wonderful. Kitchen was fully equipped with dishwasher and also washing machine.
