Very very worst
1.0Booking .com is a cheat . The hotel person said my booking is not their not confirmed at all
− Have good communication with hotel and your customerr care service is third class
Not a decent stay for a family who likes a clean place to be in.
1.0We were not given place to stay inspite having booking confirmation mail. Mr. Ashik at the reception said over phone that due to technical issues our stay is not confirmed, even though you can visit us directly and check with us at reception. When we went their first they said no rooms available for family, the said its available but have to pay 4500 per 2 adults and one child for one night. But we were informed over mail to pay 2500+300 tax for the same.
− Nothing, no hospitality, no kind gesture towards guts. Not clean at all.
