10.0The property was very clean, spacious, comfortable and the place smelt nice when I walked in. The facilities were very good, kitchen appliances, cutlery and crockery were all good and well presented well. It would seem a lot of thought had gone into the property The location was really good in the town centre and a10 minute walk to the pubs and bars along Estuary front.
− The thing I didn't like was there is no designated parking. There is a very limited time parking in the street outside if a space can be found. There is a pay and display car par approximatley 3 minutes walk from the property but if an overnight stay is involved one has to renew your parking ticket by 8.00am or a PCN will be issued as I found out 😞. A coffee machine (espresso machine) or something similar would be a great bonus to the property as the coffee there seemed to have been open for some time and tasted stale otherwise a great stay

− The final staircase is very steep. Tricky for older/less mobile guests.
