5.0It was in excellent location. Pool was fabulous. Unfortunately there was no hot water, the place was tidy not clean. It has a gas cook top in the kitchen but no gas. We stayed in June. Still had Xmas decorations up. Apartments and yard need a good clean up and some maintenance done and it would be a great place to stay,
− It wasn’t clean. No hot water. No one would answer the door so no one could help when problems arose
A large spacious apartment close to Negombo beach
10.0The family that manages this place was absolutely brilliant. Really attentive and their little boy was so happy to play with our little girl. This is a true gem and if you get a chance to book this place I definitely would The apartment itself was well furnished with everything you would hope to find in a short term rental. The bedrooms were clean with large comfortable beds and both the living and kitchen areas were clean.
− The floor tiling around the pool area needs attention, we went in the middle of the high season so this may have already been seen to.

4.0Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich.
− Die Unterkunft ist weder wie in der Lagebeschreibung angegeben am Strand (seaside) noch luxuriös (luxuary). Besonders störend war vor allem der Gestank aus dem Gully des Bades. Der Gestank war kaum auszuhalten. Der Eingang des unteren Gästezimmers im Erdgeschoß geht durch das Wohnzimmer der Gastfamilie. Dies ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, war aber kein Problem. Die Besitzer sknd äußerst freundlich. Eine Kanne Tee war jedoch mit 600 Rupien überteuert.

1.0− Hluk. Pokoj vedle kuchyně od restaurace a terasy, takže nemáte klid. Dlaždice u bazenu zlomene, tak že hrozí úraz.
