3.0Only good thing was spacious kitchen
− I did not like about this property was that while booking the room online, it was not mentioned that the room was on the third floor and was a loft room. The roof was bending down, and there was very little space in the room apart from the bed. The pictures shown online were different and did not clearly show the actual room I booked. I contacted the accommodation staff and explained the issue because I wanted to cancel, but they said no other rooms were available and cancellation was not possible. The staff I spoke to was not very helpful, as at least they could have deducted some amount and allowed me to book another room elsewhere in Norwich.
