− Das Apartment war teilweise stark verunreinigt, sodass wir gezwungen waren ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. Die kostenlose Stornierung war mit dem Vermieter schnell vereinbart, die Abwicklung mit bookingcom war deutlich mühsamer. Zwei schriftliche Eingaben wurden nicht beantwortet. Nach einem Telefonat wurde die Stornierung dann nach mehr als 2 Wochen anstandslos erledigt und das Geld rücküberwiesen.
