10.0Gracias Hotel Salkantay Santa Teresa de Cusco, ha sido una experiencia extraordinario de aventura, una sensación increible hospedarse en las alturas y dormir bajo las estrellas
− Solo Mejorar la conectividad de Señal, es importante entender que la señal no anda muy bien y eso no depende del hotel.
A pesar de la vista y las aguas termales (que se pueden hacer independientemente), nos recomendaríamos.
3.01) El lugar sobre la colina es muy impresionante, no tan facil de aceso pero la vista vale la pena. 2) El responsable ofreció ida y vuelta para aguas termales muy agradables en la tarde.
− 1) La comunicación con el responsable fue muy muy complicada. Aunque le hablamos en español nos respondió en inglès y cuando cambiamos en inglès no entendió casi nada de lo que preguntamos cada vez. Todo fue sobreexplicado, demasiados detalles inútiles. Claro que necesitaría un plan claro con todas las informaciones del alojamiento, algo sencillo que evitaría mucho estrés antes y durante la estancia. El responsable nos llamó multiples veces sin confirmar con mensajes los elementos cruciales de la reservación. 2) El alojamiento fue sucio, el cuarto de baño inutilizable, la ducha cae a 2 centimetros del baño…

− Las sabanas estaban muy sucias y con muchas arañas dentro de la cama, tuvimos que dormir vestidos y con ropa de abrigo nuestro. La ubicación no esta bien indicada, nos llevo un taxista que conocía el lugar, si llegas de noche no lo encuentras, no tiene enchufes para cargar ni internet. PD: se aconseja comprobar la habitación antes de pagar

When booking the capsule, the service includes private transportation —either a private car or a shared vehicle— from your hotel in Cusco to the accommodations, as well as the return trip the following day to the same starting point. Travel lasts approximately 5 hours.
Pick-up in Cusco: between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m.
Arrival to Cusco: the following day between 8:00 and 8:30 p.m.
Trip to thermal baths are included before return to Cusco.
On second day by morning, trip to zip line is included. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
