4.0I like the amenities — they had everything we needed. The place was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the sea view. Some food delivery services couldn’t reach the location since it’s outside the city range, but that was okay for us. Pool is great! No guest restricions.
− I was very disappointed with the staff, especially the security guards. When we arrived, no one assisted us. Their excuse was that they were “roaming,” but the guard who was present still did not offer any help. Instead, they even seemed upset that we didn’t wait for them. This was a disappointing experience, especially for a place that should promote good hospitality. Another concern is the communication from the person managing the listing on Booking.com. The replies felt very transactional and robotic — only sending us the door code and asking if we had checked out. There was no warmth or hospitality in their communication. When I inquired about early check-in, I was told that it was strictly not allowed. However, the house rules inside the unit clearly state that early check-in is allowed for ₱100/hour. We were never informed about this option, which was frustrating — we would have gladly paid to check in early. To the host: if you are strict about your policies, please update the house rules posted inside the unit to avoid confusing future guests. The unit itself is beautiful, but the service and hospitality were lacking. Whether we come back or not will depend on how the management responds to feedback like this.

Great stay either long term or short
9.0The place had everything you needed to live there even long term.there was a great view of the local area as well as the ocean.very clean and tidy.security was excellent and always helpfull.also 7/11 and restaurant inside subdivision.very close to local markets and shopping.will definitely be staying here again.the unit is not large but plenty big enough for a few people for 2 or4 day's or a couple longer term
