1.0Nu pot spune că mi-a plăcut ceva deoarece nu am reușit să văd nimic.
− Mi-am pierdut banii pentru o locație în care nu am putut intra, nimeni nu a răspuns la numărul de telefon afișat pe booking, iar locația la care am fost trimisă era deja locuită de alte persoane, nu a existat nici o cutie de unde să îmi pot lua cheia, pur și simplu mi-ați luat banii fraudulos, sunt foarte dezamăgită și nervoasa!!!!

1.0I did not receive the reserved room and at 11:30 pm when I arrived at the reserved room I was forced to stay on the street, they said night .
− Nu am mai avut niciun hotel dispinibil la ora târziu in care am stat in strada. Și nu am primit nici rambursarea banilor înapoi

1.0This accommodation received the payment and disappeared, it didn’t give me any answer, it has no commitment or responsibility, luckily there were hotels for me to sleep, I don’t recommend this accommodation

Absolutely terrible booking.com & host have took my money & I was left with nothing.

1.0− When my husband, my 3-month-old baby, and I arrived, there was no one to let us in. I contacted the property manager, but received no response. I then reached out to booking.com customer service and was told I'd get a response within 24 hours, but I still haven't heard back. I had exams the following morning, and considering we were tired from a long journey (Bournemouth to Northampton), we had to stay in a very expensive room elsewhere.
