8.0The host always returned messages promptly. The location right on beach was awesome and the grandkids loved to cook s’mores on the fire pit on the porch. The view was amazing and plenty of chairs.
− We didn’t like that the kitchen was not clean and the floors were very sandy when we walked in. Not good for a 2 year old who is on the floor constantly. Garbage disposal broken and food in drawers in kitchen. Also, some of the neighbors music was extremely loud.

Great spring break experience.
10.0The hosts were quick to respond to all my questions. They were gracious with last minute changes to the reservation. The house was clean and well equipped. We had more than enough room for two families. Right on the beach!
− The family room furniture could be updated. There was a painted couch in the dining room that’s so rough you can’t even sit on.
