Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage
8.0Die Lage für Ausflüge ist super, innerhalb von nur wenigen Minuten mit Auto oder Fahrrad ist man in den nächsten Orten. Nur zu Fuß ist es allerdings ein längerer Marsch. Toll ist auch das große Grundstück mit Grillplatz, Wiese und überdachten Sandkasten. Im Gemeinschaftsraum gibt es Gratispostkarten, jede Menge Infomaterial und Bücher. Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände mehr als genug vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Für Raucher oder auch einfach nur zum sitzen gibt es eine kleine überdachte Terrasse im Erdgeschoß.
− Ein ganz großer Minuspunkt ist für mich der Faktor Sicherheit. Zwar gibt es in der Wohnung einen Rauchmelder, jedoch habe ich ein ganz ganz schlechtes Gefühl dabei in einem mir nicht bekannten Gebäude eingeschlossen zu werden. Es gibt im Gebäude einen Weg das Gebäude zu verlassen, diese Tür wird aber nachts abgeschlossen. In einem Notfall wäre es also nur möglich das Gebäude zu verlassen wenn ich die Tür mit dem Schlüssel aufschließen würde. Nehmen wir mal den schlimmsten Fall an, unten ist es verraucht, dann könnte es schnell in Panik oder schlimmeren enden. Hier wäre es sinnvoll das Schloss gegen ein, ggf. selbstverriegelndes, Panikschloss oder ganz einfach die äußere Klinke gegen einen Knauf zu tauschen, so dass ein verlassen des Hauses ohne Schlüssel möglich ist. Ansonsten gibt es keine erwähnenswerten Kritikpunkte
