2.0There wasn’t much to like about this place. It was reasonably spacious and the location was exactly where we needed it.
− The place is pretty poorly maintained and communication with management is quite poor. Multiple issues were raised with management who didn’t reply quickly, gave incorrect instructions or offered non solutions. We had issues with: - the wifi (found tossed under the bad) - black mould in the stairwell - broken furniture being stored in one of the bedrooms - broken beds and mattresses - damp laundry hanging in a hallway cupboard - fire alarm missing - fridge had left over food and freezer totally frozen over - generally the flat wasn’t clean - garbage bag in gutter outside window - exhaust vent in bathroom doesn’t work - all taps on house are broken in someway. - broken couch - unable to close all windows

− The house was dirty and one room the mattress was on the floor and the beddings had not been changed and had a smell.It was literally my worst stay and dreaded every time night time would reach to go to sleep.
