Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber Potential und Brauch ein bisschen Liebe bzw. Pflege.
8.0Privatsphäre durch viele eigenständige Wohnungen. Großzügige Anlage mit mehren Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich.
− Müll von Vormietern wurde erst auf Aufforderung gelehrt. Küchengeräte z.B. Spülmaschine gehört überprüft und ggfl. repariert. Ebenso sollten in den Nassbereichen die Fugen grundgereinigt bzw. erneuert werden.

7.0A lokalizáció, a kert, a környezet
− 6 appartmant béreltünk. 3 fűtés nélkül volt, ebből az egyikben a klíma sem működött. Április elején, amikor este 10 fok körüli a hőmérséklet, ez probléma. Egynek nem volt konyhája, volt ahol a nem volt gáz, máshol meg a zuhanyt nem lehetett használni.

For large groups this is probably among the best spots near Palermo
9.0Excellent location - a bit off the grid, fairly close to the beach in Mondello (~20 min by walk), outstanding views at Mount Pellegrino. Very good communication with the host. Comfy beds, massive space that allows larger groups to hang out. Parking spot for multiple cars, AC with heating option for winter, multiple kitchens & bathrooms. We were in a 22-people friend group and loved it.
Exceptional
10.0Great villa that we used for our yearly seminar. Allessandro was very nice and even gave us bigger pots to cook for the big group that we were. The property is also exceptionally close to the beautiful beach of Mondello (about a 10-15min walk), and one can get to the property by bus from the city (about 30min), or by train+bus from the airport (about an hour).
− As others have noted, one of the staircases is a bit scary, but after a few tries it is easy to see that it is very stable.
