Velikost, čistoča in lokacija apartmaja. Prijaznost lastnika

Heel uitgebreid goed uitgerust appartement. Prima bedden en goede kwaliteit faciliteiten. Centraal gelegen in Kranj. Goede restaurants en ontbijt faciliteiten in de buurt.

− Het appartement was niet klaar toen wij om 16:00 aankwamen. Het was onduidelijk waar wij onze motoren tijdelijk konden neerzetten. We kregen wel de mogelijkheid om de motoren in de garage te zetten. (Dat bleek makkelijk bij de voordeur te kunnen). Al met al duurde het 5 kwartier om in het appartement te komen. Beter zou het zijn om online checkin in te regelen. Verder zou het fijn zijn als er al standaard wat koffie en thee faciliteiten aanwezig zijn en bv een theedoek. Sleutels pasten slecht op de voordeur dus dat was een punt van ergernis. Gelukkig hadden wij het het lokale contactnummer en zijn wij verder goed en vriendelijk geholpen.

Great location and very spacious apartment! The host was very accommodating as we arrived early and weren’t leaving for the airport until late and on both occasions allowed us to store luggage safely which was a huge bonus. Interaction when checking in was also great :)

− Finding the actual apartment was difficult as we weren’t sure which building / door to use to access. Thankfully a local helped us and we managed to get in but we were wandering around for a while. A photo of the entrance would be really useful :)

With these easy fixes the apartment would be much improved and a good place to stay.

The location was very good, mostly quiet in the evenings. Good views.

− It was almost impossible to find the apartment with the instructions given, needs more details. Code is upside down. The stove top was locked each time we used it. Someone came to show us how to unlock it but this should be mentioned. Need to mark the hot water switch so it doesn’t get turned off when trying the lights. It would be helpful if a coffee maker, kettle, dish towel, grater, strainer, laundry soap were included. We were promised a kettle and coffee maker but they never arrived. We had to use a bath mat to dry the dishes. Water was added to the soap dispensers, not more soap. There is water leaking onto the toilet room floor from somewhere.
