Worst hotel experience in Japan.
2.0Nothing at all.
− Almost everything. Most symptomatic was the way they blocked the exit on the way out. So you have to walk by the reception. They have our credit card number, we’re not going to make a run for it. It was so bad we checked out one day early and changed hotels.

Lovely stay!
9.0It was the best stat in Hokkaido! Love the little cottage and it was so comfortable, warm and beautiful. We visited the zoo and enjoyed the onsen. Outdoor onsen was a big surprise, we can still see the beautiful snow mountains. We had a great time and will definitely come back for a visit.
