Not up to scratch and not how the apartment was described. Sketchy area. :
3.0Once inside it was clean. The managers were responsive to messages and questions.
− The bathroom was very run down. The place looked worn out. The arm chair that was featured in the photos was non existent - so there was not enough room for us all to sit at night and watch television. The access was terrible, very steep narrow staircase to front door. The entrance to the property was where all the rubbish bins are kept for the shop downstairs and it was filthy. there was no 24 hour concierge as advertised. The faculties that the property listed were no where to be seen and to call it the Warner Brothers Apartment was very misleading. It was very overpriced for what was offered.

8.0The location was great. 2 mins. from a bus stop. Had a provision store right below. Was close to the street with different cuisines.
− The only issue I would say is the use of stairs to access the flat. It was difficult for my elderly father to use the stairs everytime we had to go out. I unfortunately missed checking on the availability of lift access to the flat. Other than that, the accommodation was very comfortable.

− The noise, the cold , the Vents , wasn’t clean , cobs webs everywhere, sofa to small .

2.0− The entrance was down a dirty alleyway, filled with dustbins and litter. It felt very unsafe and smelled terrible. There were extraction units for a nearby restaurant that pumped stinking air up and into the flat. To compensate, sickly smelling air fresheners had been placed around the flat. The interior of the flat felt scruffy - cheaply furnished and not well maintained.

− The bath and sink were completely clogged up for our entire stay. Help was proposed on a Sunday, the before we were leaving but I had unclogged it myself but it was just horrible. We couldn’t shower and had to go to family members for it. Furthermore, it was walked from us to keep the sofas clean before we sleep on it but the sofa itself was very filthy. We didn’t enjoy our stay at all and felt uncomfortable there.
