− - na wstępie pełny kosz niewyniesionych śmieci w łazience - apartament nie był do końca posprzątany, co było widać po podłodze, pajęczyny w kątach - w jednej z sypialni śmierdziało kanalizacją co utrudniało przebywanie w jednej z sypialni - pierwszego dnia nie działało ogrzewanie i było tak zimno że nie dało się spać - zameldowanie samodzielnie - klucz w skrzynce pod szlabanem na parkingu oddalonym o kilometr pod górę

Das Apartment ist seiner ausgezeichneten Lage, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung wegen empfehlenswert.

− 1. Die Beschreibung zur Schlüsselübergabe und zum Parken sind unzureichend. Wir fühlten uns in ein Suchspiel versetzt und mussten die Hilfe Dritter in Anspruch nehmen, um den Schlüsselsafe zu finden und zu verstehen, dass wir unser Reisegepäck vom Parkplatz durch halb Malcesine zur Unterkunft transportieren sollten. Da der Parkplatz ca. 600 Meter vom Apartment entfernt und am Berg gelegen ist, hätte im Vorhinein auf nähergelegene Möglichkeiten zum Be- und Entladen - die tatsächlich vorhanden sind - verwiesen werden müssen. Außerdem wäre wünschenswert, wenn aus der Beschreibung der Ferienunterkunft deutlich hervorginge, dass gehbehinderte und in ihrer Beweglichkeit eingeschränkte Gäste fremde Hilfe brauchen, um das Ferienangebot nutzen zu können. 2. Im Check-in-Verfahren wird von den Nutzern des Ferienangebotes erwartet, dass sie online Fotos von Dokumenten und sich selbst hochladen, da sonst keine Anreiseinformationen ausgereicht werden. Wir hatten in diesem Zusammenhang vor dem Hintergrund wachsender Cyberkriminalität und des zunehmenden Datendiebstahls kein gutes Gefühl, haben uns aber den Zwängen gebeugt. Demnächst werden wir solche Angebote definitiv ausschlagen, wenn kein gesicherter Datentransfer angeboten wird.

Great location and very nice apartment, but with very limited host support.

Great location, nicely updated. great views. Near the main square and overlooking the small ferry dock... very nice and memorable.

− Host was not responsive to our inquiries. We were advised that parking was 2 blocks away and that we would need to walk to the apartment. After arriving in the evening, parking in the dark and carrying our bags 2 blocks we found that we could drive to within 100 meters of the apartment. Why was this not noted? Better instructions would have made the stay more pleasant. Unit was stocked with very few supplies.... no coffee, no bottled water, no kitchen soap or paper towels, very limited bath soaps. It was unclear if unit has A/C, but his unit does not... Weather did not require A/C. but if the weather would have been hot, no A/C would have been a disappointment. Implication was that parking was discounted but we were required to pay the full price of approx $35/day. Seems that the property was managed by a larger property management company that may be remotely located without the care an attention of a typical Booking.com host.

The location is stunning, central to everything.The apartment was very nice, fitted out to a very nice standard.

− Although the apartment was manageable without air-conditioning, it would havern nice to have a couple of electric fans. The balcony was not as big as expected but again it was manageable.
