10.0What a wonderful little villa! It's in a perfect location across the street from the bay, with a great view and within walking distance to the main restaurants. Great veranda and yard. It has upgraded appliances, including an expresso maker with enough beans in it too get you stated your first day, maybe 2, depending on how many coffee drinkers you have. We had rain on one of the days and really appreciated having a fire in the woodstove and just chilling with a good book. We had a wonderful kayak with the dolphins with Kaikoura Kayak Tours.

Great beachfront character cottage.
9.0Great waterfront location. Large deck. Loads of character. High ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen. Not too far from the shops. Comfortable.
