9.0Buitengewoon comfortabel, mooi historisch pand, perfect ingericht, fantastische afwerking van alle details, perfect schoon, fijn bad&beddegoed, lieflijke plek. Je ziet aan alles dat de eigenaar zich kosten noch moeite heeft bespaard om deze plek perfect te maken.

− The pictures showed access to a small garden, but it is not the case. I'd strongly suggest having this photo deleted from the Website.

8.0The house is well equipped, very tidy and clean, and we could make ourselves comfortable very easily. The location is qute great, opposite of the local bakery, and less than 100 meters away from a beautiful castle and a number of great hiking routes.
− On the Booking.com page the location is advertised as having a garden. Literal text: "Das Alte Bürgermeisteramt is a sustainable apartment in Kerpen, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge." We were told that we could not use the garden at all, when we asked about it. We had explicitly booked because of this asset, so that was a considerable downside.
