9.0Lovely well equipped cottage, plenty of space inside and out,. Very peaceful location. Great communication from the owner. Local shop and nice little pub would highly recommend
Great location, good / adequate stay but needs some refreshing, particularly the mattresses/beds

− Finding home was challenging, and all the mattress were poor and should be upgraded. A downstairs light and TV didn't work, both of which were mentioned in prior reviews (multiple for the TV) so the host was aware in advance and seemingly hasn't remedied

8.0Location was great just a 30 min drive to Dyfi bike park
− Felt mislead on the size and location of the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom although joined to the house you had to go out the house and through a separate door, we had 2 teenagers who ideally needed separate rooms but this couldn’t happen .

− Bed was quite hard
A lovely 2 bedroom house but the basement room lets it down.
6.0The ground and first floor accommodation were good, although couldn't get the main TV to work, didn't try the others.
− The the single bedroom in the basement was not pleasant at all. It felt damp, there was no bulb in the lamp and accessed separately to the house down badly lit uneven stairs. No parking and not easy to drop off luggage.

− Third bedroom was not a double bed as advertised and was accessed from outside the property - not as cosy as the other two bedrooms. Lichen needs a few more cooking vessels for the oven.
