10.0From the moment we made our reservation, everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful. Julie was always thoughtful, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The place truly made us feel at home. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and very well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As an added bonus, we could enjoy a beautiful view of Tianmen Mountain directly from the balcony of our room, which made our stay even more special. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Zhangjiajie. Highly recommended!

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The owner truly pays attention to the guests and makes sure everyone feels welcome and well cared for. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Overall experience exceeded our expectations. Another great advantage is the location, which is very close to one of the area's major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Great stay for Zhangjiejae first timers.
10.0Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and everything was clean and new. The property is in a quiet location surrounded by the mountains, which was a great escape from our city stops. We were still about to get DiDi’s and food delivery when needed. Owen and Zhao Liujuan were extremely helpful and helped us plan our routes and organised our tickets and transport all for a fair price. We were able to do everything we wanted in 2 days. The complimentary Chinese breakfast was a noodle in broth dish with an egg and a bun, and was delicious. Could not recommend this property enough, the price was very fair.
