10.0We had a great stay at Demelza farmhouse. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent, and the host was just wonderful. We were welcomed with a homemade cake, and the kids loved to visit the farm. As a bonus, we could purchase some delicious eggs and homemade jam. Absolutely recommended!

10.0A beautiful cottage apartment with accommodating and helpful host- would definitely recommend! Easy access to nearby Bodmin and the seaside. Enjoyed the lovely cake that the hosts left us also.

9.0Kim was amazingly welcoming and a font of knowledge about things to do in the area. We loved the option of buying fresh duck eggs, which were delicious. The cottage is really well equipped, and we had everything we needed. Loved that the products provided for cleaning etc were cruelty free. Stunning location.

10.0We had such a lovely stay here! The apartment is even better than the photos—so spacious, cosy, beautiful and really comfortable. The beds were amazing, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more. The owner was super friendly and always happy to help, which made us feel really welcome. Our child absolutely loved meeting the chickens and ducks on the farm—such a special experience! We’d happily stay again and can’t recommend it enough
