1.0− They suck. They canceled our reservation and never sent us anything and than blamed booking.com for it. Booking got us into a better place right away. Thank you.
It was very homey which is hard because it’s a hotel. Everything was just awesome

A Nice Summer Solstice Retreat
9.0I was quite impressed by the condition of the room and it was so nice to be able to utilize the kitchen to prepare meals. Even being close to the pool on floor 2, the noise outside hardly interfered with the comfort of being indoors. And the beds were very soft and comfortable.
− Only issue I encountered was a problem with my payment via Booking to Extra Holidays in Florida being on the same page. Arrived, fully paid and still had a negative balance on the resorts computer system. Staff was friendly and willing to help to clear up the miscommunication.
