We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is beautiful, cozy, and in a perfect location. Our favorite part was the terrace with its amazing view of the Colosseum and the panoramic of Rome. Every evening we enjoyed having dinner there while watching the sunset. The apartment was very well equipped. It had everything we needed, and the towels were soft and smelled wonderful. Fabio was an excellent host. Even though our flight arrived late, he was there to welcome us, showed us around the apartment and the terrace, and even prepared croissants and some salty snacks for us so we wouldn't be hungry after our journey. Thanks to his kindness and hospitality, we felt at home from the very beginning. He also gave us a list of places worth visiting and restaurants for every budget, which made exploring Rome much easier. Fabio always replied to our questions very quickly and was happy to help. If we come back to Rome, we would love to stay here again.

Lage absolut top, Host (Kontakt und Organisation) freundlich, herzlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit und super Kommunikation. Privater Balkon plus große Dachterasse mit Mobiliar und optionalen Sonnenschutz. Reichhaltiger Platz und gute Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten. Ausreichend Stauraum. Internet funktionierte super. Ausstattung insgesamt sehr reichhaltig und super für den Preis.

− Allgemeine Sauberkeit und Zustand. Wasserschaden an der Wohnzimmerdecke. Toilettenspülung defekt bzw sehr schwach. Sauberkeit und baulicher Zustand insbesondere im gesamten Badezimmerbereich nicht optimal. Dachterasse zwar sehr geräumig und toller Ausblick, leider aber auch optisch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Schade.

The views from the private terrace were absolutely amazing. The Colosseum was literally a 5-minute walk through a beautiful park, and all other main locations were within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and happily stay here again

− The only small thing was that the terrace could have been a little tidier, but the incredible views more than made up for it. Everything else was wonderful, from the great communication to the warm welcome on arrival. Overall, it’s an amazing property and we had a fantastic stay.

La ubicación,dormitorio principal y armarios.A la llegada detalle por parte del propietario de dejarnos comida,café y leche.

− El sofá cama tiene muelles rotos en la zona de los pies. En la cocina muy poco menaje(3 cucharillas pequeñas) y caja de la campana deteriorada. Bastante "dejada" la parte del balcón del apartamento.

My wife and I loved this property.The property is very clean and comfortable.Fabio and Fabrizio are great hosts they are very knowledgeable and friendly people.My wife and I will definitely be staying with them in the future.
