The hosts Fabio and Fabrizio were amazing with checkin, information, recommendations and any help including the heavy suitcases. Sorry, when I say they, I get consumed which is which being their names are similar :) I was even given information on places that may be safe for my son who’s allergic to tree nuts to go to. That was very nice. Also very thankful for all the goodies including the ones in the refrigerator. The terrace was the seller for me but we only had 2.5 days to enjoy the area and the terrace so we only got to use the terrace for one quick trip upstairs for the most incredible pictures. The price was very good. I was looking at higher priced places and this had good reviews, the fabulous terrace and the price. Great location, nice quick walk through the park to the coliseum. I like to write reviews being a former hospitality worker in Manhattan so I understand what reviews mean. I made this review because the apartment needs a little help. Hosts great though but I had to be honest with my feelings about the condition of the place. So the positives: customer service (the hosts) helpful Elevator The terrace! − The toilet seat was broken. I looked at other reviews yesterday now that I’m home and apparently the toilet seat been broken for way over a year. It does look old. It’s just not comfortable to sit on a seat that’s broken that moves around. The tub was pretty high to get into the shower so if you had a little mobility issue that may be a little bit of a problem. I always had to get help getting in and out, and there was some shelf system in the shower that definitely needed to be removed because it wasn’t cleaned. The blanket at the end of the bed in the main room needs to be tossed out. I almost wanted to buy one out for a couple of euros and put it on the bed. Also a few small blankets in the closet that could’ve been used but they were just tossed like in a ball in there and not sure what has been cleaned or not. I also wasn’t comfortable sitting on the couch because I felt like it was almost gonna collapse. I did have a concern about the sofa bed before I booked it maybe not being large enough for my tall son and comfortable for him and they were also telling me not sure if it’ll be OK for him so I appreciate that they were truthful, but I don’t know it just felt like something was broken underneath when you just sat on the sofa so maybe they want to check that out I did like the Terrace as mentioned but there’s also a balcony, which is nice to get some fresh air. I’m mixing the good and the bad, sorry. The kitchen was pretty good condition, but they’re just a little too many things broken and you know a few things and a few corners which should’ve probably been cleaned better or replaced.

Stay in Rome with lovely view

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is beautiful, cozy, and in a perfect location. Our favorite part was the terrace with its amazing view of the Colosseum and the panoramic of Rome. Every evening we enjoyed having dinner there while watching the sunset. The apartment was very well equipped. It had everything we needed, and the towels were soft and smelled wonderful. Fabio was an excellent host. Even though our flight arrived late, he was there to welcome us, showed us around the apartment and the terrace, and even prepared croissants and some salty snacks for us so we wouldn't be hungry after our journey. Thanks to his kindness and hospitality, we felt at home from the very beginning. He also gave us a list of places worth visiting and restaurants for every budget, which made exploring Rome much easier. Fabio always replied to our questions very quickly and was happy to help. If we come back to Rome, we would love to stay here again.

Lage absolut top, Host (Kontakt und Organisation) freundlich, herzlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit und super Kommunikation. Privater Balkon plus große Dachterasse mit Mobiliar und optionalen Sonnenschutz. Reichhaltiger Platz und gute Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten. Ausreichend Stauraum. Internet funktionierte super. Ausstattung insgesamt sehr reichhaltig und super für den Preis.

− Allgemeine Sauberkeit und Zustand. Wasserschaden an der Wohnzimmerdecke. Toilettenspülung defekt bzw sehr schwach. Sauberkeit und baulicher Zustand insbesondere im gesamten Badezimmerbereich nicht optimal. Dachterasse zwar sehr geräumig und toller Ausblick, leider aber auch optisch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Schade.

The views from the private terrace were absolutely amazing. The Colosseum was literally a 5-minute walk through a beautiful park, and all other main locations were within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and happily stay here again

− The only small thing was that the terrace could have been a little tidier, but the incredible views more than made up for it. Everything else was wonderful, from the great communication to the warm welcome on arrival. Overall, it’s an amazing property and we had a fantastic stay.

La ubicación,dormitorio principal y armarios.A la llegada detalle por parte del propietario de dejarnos comida,café y leche.

− El sofá cama tiene muelles rotos en la zona de los pies. En la cocina muy poco menaje(3 cucharillas pequeñas) y caja de la campana deteriorada. Bastante "dejada" la parte del balcón del apartamento.
