5.0− We didn’t get the property we booked. We booked the Aparthotel. When I called them on the day, they said that they’d put us in a normal hotel instead. We booked the Aparthotel specifically so we could cook our own food. Even if we could have stayed at the Aparthotel, apparently you have to go to the main hotel 4km away to pick up the key. So yeah… not good.

3.0Als ich am Tag nach meiner Anreise frühzeitig ausgecheckt bin (Gründe s.u.) war die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang sehr aufmerksam und verständnisvoll. Sie hat sich bis zum heutigen Tag (gut ein Monat nach dem geplanten Aufenthalt in Stade) als einzige der Sache angenommen und die dokumentierten Zustände ernst genommen. Ansonsten ist das einzige positive, was ich berichten kann, dass das Bett sauber war.
− 6 Jahre abgelaufener Feuerlöscher, klebriger Boden, defekte Einrichtung (diverses), Schimmel im Bad (Dusche und Fensternische), dreckiges und beschädigets Kochgeschirr (u.a. extrem beschädigte Teflon-Beschichtung), Staub und alte Spinnweben in der Ecke neben dem Esstisch, Esstisch incl. Platzsets schmutzig, unzureichendes Putzmaterial (1 alter Lappen für alles, incl. Geschirr)

− Duschen wegen verkalkter Dusche kaum möglich. Badezimmer verstaub und Toilette manghelhaft gereinigt
Bisher waren wir immer zufrieden, diesmal haben Preis und Leistung leider nicht gepasst.
4.0Für uns war die Lage gut. Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz.
− Bei Eintreffen war die Toilette nicht sauber, es standen noch dreckige Gläser in der Küchenzeile und der Boden war auch nicht sauber.
