Location was OK, this is not a ‘deluxe’ apartment and comms with the host was only by WhatsApp
5.0No breakfast. Easy to find. The washing machine worked well.
− Apartment wasn’t ready because cleaning was not done on time, even though we were assured by the host that it was being cleaned bright up until the start of our rental. There were only two sheets on the bed with no other bedding in the apartment. It took two days to get towels for the bidet, the bidet had no plug and the toilet seat was poorly fitted. There was no ironing board provided until we asked for one and there was an absolute minimum amount of crockery, cutlery and glasses.

− El ruído que se siente a cualquier hora desde el interior del edificio. Puertas que se golpean y conversaciones telefónicas, al entrar a otro apartamento, de algún vecino alrededor de las 3 de la mañana, dos noches seguidas. Faltaría insonorización en la puerta de entrada. El resto perfecto.

10.0Excellent stay. Very comfortable appartment. Easy access. 5 minute walk from the train station. Within walking distance to all the landmarks. Nice location. Restaurants and grocery shop near by. The host was very helpful when I was looking for information. We will return. Thank you

9.0La atención estupenda de Matteo. Hizo la estancia muy fácil a mis padres. El apartamento es bonito, cuidado y cómodo.
− Por las fotos pensábamos que el apartamento tenía un pequeño salón. Mis padres se quedaban una semana y buscábamos un apartamento completo para que estuvieran más cómodos. Al final no supuso ningún problema, pero podrían indicarlo mejor en la descripción.
