− Booking and Financial Discrepancies Despite a confirmed reservation, the allocated property was subsequently sold to an alternative customer, constituting a breach of contract. Furthermore, the property management enforced a mandatory advance payment prior to the stipulated check-in date. Post-departure, the reservation status was incorrectly reported as a 'No-Show' on the Booking.com platform, indicating a significant data integrity and administrative failure. Occupancy and Accommodation Issues The reserved unit, designated for a capacity of four (4) occupants, proved structurally inadequate. Specifically, two members of the party were required to utilize a living room sofa as an alternative sleeping arrangement, failing to meet the basic comfort and occupancy standards advertised for a family stay. This configuration is not recommended for family-unit bookings. Infrastructure and Utility Deficiencies The property exhibited several technical and amenity failures: A non-functional clothes hanger was noted, indicating poor maintenance of fixture integrity. Significant electrical instability (fluctuating power supply) was observed, potentially compromising the safety and operation of electronic devices. Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) was only accessible via a signal dependency on a network broadcast from an adjacent, external property's garden area, resulting in unacceptable connectivity limitations within the reserved unit. Value Assessment Considering the multitude of service failures, logistical errors, and infrastructure deficiencies documented, the cost-to-benefit ratio for the duration of the stay was determined to be unsatisfactory and disproportionate to the tariff charged, despite the favorable location.
