Neum is a place under development—a good spot for a stay!
8.0The villa is excellently located right by the sea in a very quiet area—ideal for rest and relaxation—with direct access to the water and very close to the two beaches! It deserves a perfect score for that! The 5+1 apartment is well-equipped, featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace! If you aren't too fussy, it’s a great choice!
− I imagine this place was really lovely twenty years ago, but now, compared to neighboring venues, it leaves much to be desired. It needs renovation—both inside and especially outside—and more attention to cleanliness, as the current cleaning is done haphazardly. A friendly suggestion: the outdoor area and green spaces deserve more care and maintenance; right now, it all looks abandoned! It’s a shame, given the excellent location!
