Wonderful,quiet appartment in the historic heart of Rome.
9.0The location is unbeatable ! Just a few minutes from Piazza Navona at one end of the street and Ponte Sant Angelo at the other. But the most amazing thing is, that despite Via de Coronari being one of the busiest - and most photographed - shopping streets in Rome, the apartment was so quiet ! It always came as a surprise to step out of the front door every morning to find that all human life was there ! The other best thing about the appartment - apart from the wonderful cake that Frederica left us and which lasted over a week - was the large and extraordinarily comfortable double bed. I shall miss it when I get home.
− It would have bee nice to have a dustpan and brush and a washcloth. However, the appartment was spotless and the charming Antoinetta arrived mid-visit and soon restored the place to its pristine state. Also, it is important to know that the appartment is up a lot of stone steps and if like my wife and I you struggle with your mobility (she sprained her ankle just before we left!) You migjt find this difficult. I should add that Frederica kindly asked her son ( thank you, Manfredi !) To help us with our cases at the end of our stay.

10.0We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment located on the edge of Piazza Navona. It was the perfect location for exploring the amazing sights of Rome. The street was filled with lovely shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was situated in a family owned historical Palazzo filled with beautiful art and treasures. It was extremely comfortable with everything we needed during our stay. The delightful host Federica was extremely warm and welcoming and greeted us at the property. She provided great recommendations for local sights and favourite neighbourhood cafes and bars. She even baked a delicious cake for us to enjoy.
− Nothing to dislike. Some may find the 2 flights of stairs a challenge but it was not a problem for us.
