Everything was to a good standard and very local to the town center

On the ground floor and with a baby and all we needed to bring that was perfect👍

− No cutlery at all!

Overall I enjoyed my stay, location is great and apartment is nice

I liked the location of the apartment

− The tv wouldn’t work for me for my stay and was just very hot inside the apartment as I wasn’t comfortable having the windows wide open as was on ground floor and windows was directly besides a path

Location

− Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. Didn’t have any towels in the place. Messaged them about it and they got back to me and said unavailable to provide on check in day but could drop one off the following day. Never did ended up going and buying a towels myself

Absolutely awful experience

That it was a roof over my head.

− It was dirty, had blood stained bedding (used) was missing 2 single beds that were needed. Table was broken and barely standing. Tv had no remote control so couldnt use. Free view box didnt have power lead even if we could get tv to work. The place hadn't been cleaned before we got there so was covered in clumps of hair and still had things the previous guests had obviously forgotten. No contact number for landlord. Had to go and buy bedding for 3 people at a cost of £50, to be offered an apology credit of £21. Baring in momd, the stay worked out £80 per night. Working away from home, leaving at 4:00am, driving 3 and a half hours to do a 10 hour shift in construction, to the come back and try dealing with this was just an absolute nightmare. Absolutely no help whatsoever off 2 booking.com colleagues who basically fobbed me off. Then had another colleague call on day 2, and manage to get cleaners to the property and get the bedding sorted at least.

It’s in town centre

− Not cleaned many things broken and unable to use for example cooker one side of sofa ,window seals dirty ,window doesn’t close, floor not hoovered mould in bathroom , strange smell in the apartment bedsheets with stains battery’s removed from remote controls staff taking very long to reply with not resolving the issue until they ended up ignoring in the end

Difficult to find.cromwell place was omitted from given address

− Bathroom facilities dirty damp& mouldy.skirting board damaged & falling.off the side of the bath.Only 2 towels for 3 adults for 3 nights 2 cups no knives in aself catering apartment.dirty marks on both settees.
