9.0We had a very pleasant stay at Coral Shelters Keelavasal. The accommodation is apartment-style, which was perfect for us. It is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The location is excellent. Most of Madurai’s key sights, such as the Meenakshi Temple, Tirumalai Nayak Palace, and the Vandiyur Mariamman Teppakulam, are just a short distance away, making sightseeing very convenient. Communication & Service: The only minor challenge we faced was that the on-site staff does not speak any English. This meant that all requests had to be handled through the management. However, the management was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and handled everything immediately. In the end, everything was resolved to our full satisfaction. Despite the language barrier with the staff, we really enjoyed our stay. If we return to Madurai, we would definitely choose to stay here again.
