8.0Всего три острова. Сокращенно назову их D, M и 18+ (он новый, его видели, только с воды) Острова и отель прекрасны! Все выглядит новым, современным. Так же видно, что за всем следят. Хотя понятно, что отель не новый. Сами виллы, мосты внешне. Но внутри все хорошо. Все чисто. Много радушных людей среди персонала! Огромная благодарность персоналу ресторана и бара на острове D! Моя семья всегда чувствовала заботу и правдивую дружелюбность! Все очень счастливые, хотя работа тяжелая! Отдельная благодарность официантам Оливии и ее напарнику, не узнала имени, к сожалению. Привет вам!!!:) Спасибо нашему первому батлеру Мохамеду! Профессионал своего дела! Сделал нам даже бронь ресторана в день прилета! Информировал нас постоянно. Очень понравилась вечеринка у гольфа с персоналом. Чудесная спокойная атмосфера. Пела прекрасная девушка с красивым голосом!) Спасибо, что организовали вторую лодку в один из дней на просмотр дельфинов. Прекрасные парни на водных видах спорта работают. С классной музыкой🤙🏽. Чудесно на многом прокатились👌🏼. В целом, отелю и хорошим людям можно поставить оценку 9. Но ситуации были так же еще не допустимые, к сожалению. Большое спасибо за наш поздний выезд и вылет.
− Недопустимое поведение персонала, зайти в номер при табличке не беспокоить! Постели пропахли потом и сигаретами, видимо одеяла, подушки и матрасы. Оплатив все включено. Мы два дня ждали велосипед. Без скандалов. Просто просили его в сообщениях и лично на ресепшен, семь раз. Поездка на лодке на снорклинг, которая входила в пакет все включено, не состоялась по причине полной загрузки лодок на все дни нашего пребывания. Либо про нас забыли. На других островах мы могли полностью ходить босиком. На этом острове на дорогах практически пыль, а не песок, больно ходить без обуви.

9.0Location, spaciousness and amenities offered is definitely a big seller for this resort.
− Considering the resort is sold as 5 star, Buffet options could have been a touch more upscale in my opinion.
