10.0Casa accogliente e pulitissima, nel centro storico. Zona tranquilla e cucina fornitissima. Ottima la telecamera che guarda al cancelletto e inquadrava anche la a moto, il che mi ha dato tranquillità. La host gentilissima.

1.0Non c'è una nota positiva in questo alloggio. Neanche per gli animali perché le formiche corrono nelle ciotole dei croccantini. Si salva solo la lavatrice.
− Non si ha privacy in quanto chi gestisce la struttura stava al nostro fianco e ci sentivamo osservati per ogni movimento, infatti c'è una telecamera nel cortile esterno, anedotto scoperto durante una cena nel loggiato. Carissima per servizi degli anni 80', non si può dare una casa chiusa da anni improvvisata ad affittacamere a turisti o persone stesse dell' isola per fare una vacanza. È un incubo. Un BBQ non stabile, in lamiera, piccolo, non idoneo per una bella grigliata. I servizi? Deludenti, una cucina vecchia, abbiamo potuto cucinare solo grazie a un servizio decente di padelle. Piatti e stoviglie sono in mobile che è chiuso da chissà quando. Gran parte delle dei piatti, ciotole e recipienti erano su un mobile dove è stato usato un prodotto in gel verde per deodorante e far sparire l'odore di chiuso, simile ai prodotti per i wc. Le camere da letto si salva solo il materasso della camera matrimoniale, le lenzuola sono in un tessuto che provoca irritazione e formicolio. Per non parlare delle formiche che arrivano al primo piano se ci sono le ciotole per i cani con i croccantini. La seconda camera matrimoniale ha uno scomodissimo letto matrimoniale con un materasso fine. Bagni, piano terra quasi è impossibile farsi la doccia perché il soffione non si aggancia nel supporto. Il secondo bagno bella mansarda è meglio. Asciugamani? Vecchi, non è un servizio nuovo degno di un affittacamere o b&B, sono accuugamani vecchi e logori. Il contattore è unico per 2 case, assurdo. Ultima curiosità i cartelli dentro la casa, tutto quello che viene consumato dev'essere ricomprato.
