this french lady neighoubour ruined every peace in this accomodation

− I previously don't want to say this. my neighbour in here (28.2.2024~1.3.2024)was a French speaking lady. one day I was washing my bottle, and the bottle touched the basin and made ONE single sound. this lady heard it and started playing herself with plates and bowels for 2 hours , during which period cursing /shouting heavily like thunder in French. the second night, she was dropping things strongly on floor and scared some kid, who was crying quite a while after 23:30. is it normal for European /France people to behave like this?
