− I had to wait an hour and a half after check-in time to get my room and still charge the same right at 11 AM I was kicked out out of the room

4.0− • The hotel stay from July 16-18 was marred by an unwelcoming front desk staff who provided poor service, including a lack of information and a refusal to extend the stay despite online availability. • The assigned room also failed to meet expectations, offering a parking lot view instead of a mountain view, leading to a feeling of being undervalued and overcharged.
