Bien ubicado pero le falta confort.
4.0La ubicación muy buena, 7 minutos caminando del parque principal y es una zona residencial tranquila.
− Se oye demasiado el ruido de los apartaestudios vecinos, la gente hablando, cuando pasan x las escaleras. El baño tenía pelos en el piso, seguramente de otros inquilinos. Las sábanas se sienten de mala calidad y las toallas también, son pequeñas y no secan. Personalmente creo que no es un tema de lujo, es un tema de calidad.
