10.0As seniors we liked the spaciousness of the unit and its quiet location.It was clean and comfortable.
− We had one very windy night when the bathroom door rattled loudly. It was because the window was open but we werent able to shut it, so we jammed the door wide open with furniture Also we couldnt operate the tv until we figured that the batteries in the remote were flat so we bought new ones and replaced them. Regardless of this we liked the unit and would stay again.

8.0− The shower needed a new head, the water sprayed in all directions except down and the hot water tap knob was loose.

7.0Good location & nice size apartment.
− Some windows couldn't be opened & the balcony doors had no flyscreens to leave the doors open. With no air-conditioning, it would've been nice to be able to leave the doors open at night. Also, some fans only worked on high or low.
