10.0Super Zimmergröße für 3 Personen, gut ausgestattet Auch schon leise im Zimmer bei geöffneten Fenster trotz Innenstadt (Zimmer 4.OG), unkomplizierter Check in
− Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen, da es doch sehr warm war (Außentemperatur war aber auch 38°C und durch Eckzimmer, viele Fenster mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung), aber mit dem Ventilator den es gab und über Nacht geöffneten Fenster war es dennoch gut auszuhalten

8.0Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Einfacher Check-in und Check-out.
− Da es sehr warm war und wir nachts die Fenster offen hatten, war es sehr laut, denn die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vorm Haus. Das dritte Bett ist eher eine Art Gästebett und nur mäßig bequem.
Hat mir insgesamt gefallen und werde wiederkommen, falls ich in Mannheim nächtigen sollte.
8.0Zentrale Lage und die sehr gute persönliche Betreuung mit Schlüsselfach und Nummer, falls man später anreisen sollte. Dies war sehr hilfreich!
− Lärm von Straßenbahn etc. aufgrund der zentralen Lage - Dies ergibt sich durch die zentrale Lage ;-)

− The keykcards didnt function at first until we contacted the property to resolve it There is too much noise near Straßenbahn especially when you open windows There was a weird smell in the towels and in the closet, blankets are a little small
