6.0Localização central mas zona muito barulhenta e pouca insonorização
− Insonorização e apartamento a necessitar de pinturas e arranjos. Pouca louça. Sistema de abertura de portas algo perigoso pois se tivermos o azar se perder o telemóvel ou não funcionar não temos como aceder. Música ouvia-se a noite toda e logo de manhã ouve-se todo o barulho da rua demasiado movimentada. Deveriam melhorar as janelas e insonorização. Cama não muito confortável
