Very poor value at such an expensive price
2.0Great location and the staff were helpful when the keys were missing from the lockbox.
− The property did not look the same as the photos online and was generally run-down: the front door was boarded up and the room was tired with staining on the walls. The WiFi was broken and the toiletries promised were one bottle of hand soap and one bottle of men’s body wash. Hot water in the shower was very patchy and the shower door wouldn’t stay shut. The bathroom also had no ventilation so it got very steamy and hot quickly. The beds were not comfortable and there was lots of noise from the street throughout the night. The property’s adjacency to a nightclub could have been made clear. It was very expensive for what it was and nowhere near worth the money.

− We didn't like the waterfront where we got send to for 220 euro it was filthy we were going to go home and look for our money back until the person that I spoke to offered us the last room that was available in the gate Lodge accommodation which was beautiful the only thing that I can fault was the towels where never changed the next day but I can't fault the rooms we had a lovely stay in the gate Lodge accommodation the other one I wouldn't recommend to anyone it was false advertisement the bed was filthy in the waterfront one the carpets where filthy with stains
